Die Wohnung (Dachgeschoss, aber dennoch hohe Decken) hat 70 qm, 3 kleinere Zimmer mit großen Fenstern
als private / Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer für alle und natürlich eine Küche und ein geräumiges Bad.
Wir haben ein Zimmer frei, ab 16.05.
Zentrale Lage, Stadtmitte & HBf je 10 Minuten, Haltestelle Kasinostr. ca. 3 Minuten.
Nazar (24 Stunden Bäcker) und Tankstellen (24h offen) direkt um die Ecke.
Tegut, Penny, Rewe & Netto auch nicht weit.
Ein paar Kneipen sind um die Ecke und zum Herrengarten ist es auch nicht weit.
Mit gemütlichem Hinterhof z.B. zum Grillen und Platz zum Fahrrad abstellen. Am wichtigsten ist natürlich,
dass du zu uns (& auch den anderen Hausbewohnern) passt.
Da wir beide schon länger in Darmstadt wohnen, sind wir viel unterwegs. Du solltest also keine Angst haben,
wenn Du auch mal über Nacht alleine bist. Sonst trinken wir aber auch mal ein Bier / Wein oder gehen
zusammen joggen oder auf ein Konzert.
The flat is under the rooftop, all togther 70 m², 3 small roomes wih big windows as sleeping chambers. Furthermore, there is a big living room abd a kitchen, as well as a big bathroom.
The room may be rented from the 16.05. on. The flat is located very central, 10 minutes to the main train station Darmstadt, Bus station „Kasinostraße“ within 3 Minutes. Ther is a turkish bakery across the street that is 24h hours open, as well as a gas station 200m down the street, which is also 24h hours open. Supermarkets Tegut, Penny, Rewe, Netto are all within 15 minutes by foot,
Ther are several nice pubs nearby, the „Herrengarten“ park and the „TU Darmstadt Stadtmitte“ buildings are very near (also 10 min.). The house has a nice backyard where barbeque is allowed and bicycles may be parked. The most important thing is, that you fit in the housing community, that you get along with us and we with you! In our free time we go out occasionally, take some drinks or also do some jogging altogether or go to se live concerts
