Die zwei Zimmer im 2. OG eines Altbaus sind hintereinander gelegen, sind also nicht separat zugänglich.
Das "vordere" Zimmer kann etwa als Wohnzimmer, das "hintere" Zimmer als Schlafzimmer genutzt werden.
Ein Bad gibt es nicht, die Dusche befindet sich in der Küche.
Die Wohnung ist relativ ruhig gelegen, zur nächsten Strassenbahnhaltestelle (Linie 5 - Pallaswiesenstraße) sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ansonsten das Übliche - Bäcker, Apotheke etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Der zweite Mitbewohner (ich, 48 Jahre) ist meist nur am Wochenende da - von daher ist es mehr eine Zweck - WG.
Besichtigung und Kennenlernen ist weitgehend nur am Wochenende möglich. Bevorzugt wird ein männlicher Vermieter und eine längerfristige Vermietung. Im Hinterhof gibt es ein Fahrradabstellplatz und eine überdachte Sitzgelegenheit.
