du suchst ein Zimmer für August, September und Oktober?
Es ist auch möglich die Zwischenmiete nur einmonatig zu nutzen.
Da ich nicht in Darmstadt bin, biete ich mein Wg-Zimmer mit über 25 m^2 Wohnfläche zur Zwischenmiete an.
Mobilar mit allem drum und dran ist vorhanden.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Innenstadt mit nur 4 min. Fußweg zum Luisenplatz...
Wir sind eine relaxte, unkomplizierte, aber auch auf normale Sauberkeit achtende Wg.
Fotos habe ich jetzt nicht angehängt, aber ich kann dir versprechen, dass die Wohnung sehr cool ist. Das wirst du dann ja sehen.
Als Pauschalpreis setze ich 300 Euro pro Monat an, was deutlich unter dem Mietpreis liegt, den ich zahle.

The price is fixed to 300 Euros per months, including everything. And I can tall you, this is far lower than what I'm paying for the room.
