Hallo liebe potentielle Mitbewohner/ Nachmieter! Da ich ab dem 01.09. ein Auslandssemester in China verbringen werde, benötigt unsere WG einen Ersatz bis zu meiner Rückkehr Ende Mai 2016.
Unsere 60qm große Wohnung bietet soweit alles, was zum Leben benötigt wird: eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen großen Flur sowie ein Tageslichtbad. Außerdem gehört ein Kellerraum zur Wohnung. Dein neues Zimmer ist 16qm groß und wird möbliert vermietet. Es umfasst neben Bett und Schreibtisch ein offenes Regal, einen Kleiderschrank mit passender Kommode sowie ein großes Sofa und einen TV. Solltest du eigene Möbel mitbringen wollen, kann die endgültige Mobilierung nochmal besprochen werden. In den Nebenkosten sind alle anfallenden Kosten enthalten, auch Strom und Internet.

Dear potential flatmates/ next tenants! I'll leave Darmstadt to spend a semester in China, wherefore we are looking for someone who will take the room from September 1st to end of May, 2016. The room is about 16qm and fully furnished. If you need some further information, don't hesitate to contact us!
Die Wohnung selbst liegt sehr zentral in der Darmstädter Innenstadt, in der Nähe der Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Rhein-Neckar-Straße". Mit den Straßenbahnen 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 und 9 oder den Bussen F und H lassen sich sowohl sämtliche Stadtteile als auch TU und h_da schnell erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (wie Rewe, Aldi, Netto) finden sich in der näheren Umgebung, außerdem sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt (Marktplatz und Ludwigsplatz).
Als Mitbewohner bleibt Daniel, Student an der TU Darmstadt, in der WG. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, da wir gerne mal zusammen kochen, Sport machen oder feiern gehen. Selbstverständlich ist es aber auch möglich einfach mal seine Ruhe zu haben. Absolute Vorraussetzung ist, dass du Nichtraucher bist. Falls wir jetzt dein Interesse geweckt haben, würden wir uns freuen, wenn du dich bei uns meldest!
