Hallo! Nette WG sucht einen Nachmieter für ein Zimmer mit Balkon, direkt am Riegerplatz gelegen. Das Zimmer ist zum Hof orientiert und ist möbliert. Über den Abschlag müssen wir uns noch einigen, werde für alles (Schrank, Tisch, Couch, Regal, Bett und Waschmaschine) rund 150 EUR veranschlagen. Denke, das ist fair.
Die Lage ist mit eine der besten in ganz Darmstadt, denn die Wohnung liegt DIREKT am Riegerplatz neben der Eisdiele und den Geschäften. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten im Herrengarten oder bei den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. In der Nähe gibt es einen großen REWE, sowie einen Plus-Supermarkt.
Das WG Leben ist unkompliziert, manchmal wird zusammen gekocht. Es gibt keinen Putzplan, aber ab und zu sollte alles sauber gemacht werden. Für den Flur gibt es einen Putzplan.
