schönes helles 16,5 qm großes Zimmer, mit Balkon. Das Zimmer ist neu renoviert und hat einen schöne Aussicht. Die wohnung liegt an einer Hauptstraße, da aber das Zimmer nach hinten liegt, bekommst du von den Autos die vorbei fahren wenig mit.
Im Sommer kannst du gemütlich auf deinem eingen Balkon Chillen.
Die Sonne scheint nicht direkt in dein Zimmer, nur auf dem Balkon, dadurch ist es im Sommer angenehm Kühl.
Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur 2 min entfernt dort gibt es ein Rewe aber auch der Penny ist ganz in der Nähe ca. 5 min zu Fuß.
Wenn du in die Stadt willst kannst du entwerder zu Fuß (ca. 15 min) oder mit dem Bus fahren, die Bushaltestelle ist auch nur 2 min Entfernt.
