Hey, braucht jemand von euch spontan einen Tapetenwechsel?
Mein Zimmer wird Anfang/Mitte Juni frei.
Ich zahle 350€ inkl. allem was man so braucht (Strom, Wasser, Internet, warme Luft, Wasch&Spülmaschine, zwei Kühlschränke), für diese schicken, lichtdurchfluteten 15,5 m².
Ist in einer entspannten 3er WG mit zwei Jungs, Lage ist in der Nähe vom Jugenstilbad, ein wenig in Richtung 24 Uhr Rewe.
Für Abendunterhaltung ist mit dem Café Hess gegenüber, und Fressorgien mit dem Cafe Chaos, erreichbar in 3 min zu Fuß, gesorgt.
In die Stadt ist man in 5 Minuten gelaufen (zum Schloss), in 10 Minuten zum Luisenplatz.
Falls jmd. Interesse schreibt mich gerne an und ihr könnt auf einen Kaffee/Tee vorbeikommen :-).
