Ich vermiete mein 9,5 m² Zimmer auf 6 Monate befristet unter. Das Zimmer ist zwar recht klein, dafür aber sehr hell, freundlich und es passt alles Wichtige rein. Außerdem bietet es direkten Zugang zum sehr geräumigen Balkon.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in super Innenstadtlage, nahe dem Jugendstilbad. In die Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Demnach befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars/Kneipen/Cafés in Reichweite. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon, Küche, Abstellkammer, WC, Bad und jeder natürlich sein eigenes Zimmer.
Du würdest mit zwei super netten Mädels zusammen wohnen, die 21 und 22 Jahre alt sind. Sie sind beide Auszubildende zur Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin. Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG. Es wird sich immer über gemeinsames Essen, Filme gucken oder Unternehmungen etc. gefreut.
