Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer richtig schönen WG. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad mit Fenster und separates WC. Das Zimmer geht vom Wohnzimmer weg und hat einen eigenen kleinen Balkon zur Straße hin. Ich werde mein Zimmer komplett räumen und werde auch noch andere Möbel (Couch, Waschmaschine und Esstisch) mitnehmen. Meine zwei Mitbewohner würden sich freuen, wenn jemand einzieht, der so etwas mitbringen könnte :)
Das Haus wird im Moment noch komplett renoviert, sollte aber September oder Oktober dann fertig sein.
Die Wohnung ist im Süden von Darmstadt im schönen Bessungen. Die Straßenbahnlinien 3, 6, 7 und 8 und der R-Bus sind sehr nahe.
Simone studiert Informatik und Julian Industriedesign. Beide ganz liebenswürdig!
