Die WG liegt im 3. Stock (kein Aufzug) eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat 3 Zimmer, ein Bad, ein separates WC und eine Küche. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Herd, Kochfeld, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Töpfe etc.). Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein Kellerraum. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 16 qm groß und verfügt über ein Fenster, das das Tageslicht hereinlässt. Das Bett (mit Matratze), der Kleiderschrank und der Tisch können für einen geringen Betrag übernommen werden (ist aber kein Muss). In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten inklusive. Du kannst ab dem 15. März oder später einziehen. Wir sind flexibel.
The house is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and it has 3 rooms, a bad, a separate WC and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, cutlery, pots and pans etc.). There is also a cellar. The room is 16 sqm and has a big window looking at the Gervinusstraße. If you wish, I can give you the bed (with the mattress), the desk and the closet for a very small amount of money (it is not obligatory). In the rent are all the additional costs (heating, TV, electricity etc.) included.You could move in from the 15th of March but it is also possible to move in later. We are relatively flexible with that.
Die WG liegt in der Nähe vom Naturfreibad Großer Woog (5 Minuten zu Fuß), wo man spazieren gehen oder im Sommer schwimmen kann. Die WG liegt zwischen 2 Haltestellen: Roßdörfer Platz (Bus K, Tram 2 und 9) und Beckstraße (Bus K und KU). Supermärkte (Netto, Nahkauf) und Bäckerei (Müller) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Marktplatz braucht man etwa 12 Minuten (zu Fuß) oder 4 Minuten mit Tram/Bus.
The appartment is near the Woog Lake. The apartment is between two bus stops: Roßdorfer Platz (Bus K, Tram 2 and 9) and Beckstrasse (Bus K and KU). Supermarkets (Netto, Nahkauf) and a bakery (Müller) are within walking distance from the apartment. Marktplatz is 12 Minutes on foot or 4 Minutes with the tram or the bus.
Mein Name ist Angeliki und ich arbeite bei einer Baufirma in Hirschberg. Da ich näher bei meiner Arbeitsstelle leben möchte, ziehe ich nach Mannheim um. In der Wohnung wohnen auch Karin (Deutsche) und Ester (Spanierin), die in Darmstadt arbeiten. Sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
My name is Angeliki and I work in the Innovation department of a construction company in Hirschberg. As I want to be a little bit closer to my work I move to Manheim and that is why I have to leave my room. In the apartment live also Karin (German) and Ester (Spanish), who are working in Darmstadt. The girls are very friendly, fun to live with and very helpful!
Wenn du Interesse hast, würden wir uns natürlich sehr freuen, dich persönlich kennenzulernen. Am besten schickst du mir dafür eine E-Mail mit einigen Worten zu dir. :-) Wenn du Fragen hast, melde dich einfach bei mir! Für uns sind leider nur Besichtigungstermine am späten Nachmittag oder abends möglich (ab 18:00 Uhr), da wir tagsüber arbeiten. Am Wochenende sind wir natürlich zeitlich flexibler.

Also if you have any questions regarding the room, don't hesitate to ask! During the week it is possible to visit the apartment only after 18:00 o´clock as we all work. Of course at the weekend we are much more flexible with the visiting hours.
