ich biete mein Zimmer in Darmstadt in einem WG mit anderem Mitbewohner (23 qm) in Roßdörfer straße also 8 Minuten weit mit dem Bus von Luisenplatz.
ich werde nach 15. Februar nach Frankfut umziehen, deswegen suche ich ein Nachmeter für zwichenmiete bis Ende Februar und dann ab 1. März können wir ein Normale Mietevertrag machen Befristet/unbfristet wie ihr wollt deine Entscheidung.
Das Zimmer ist schon möbliert, es hat (zwei Schriebtisch/ ein Bett/ Kliederschrank/ein Stuhl/Regal/Kommode/Schrank) zum verkaufen.
Die Warmmiete ist 400 Euro mit allem (Wifi_Heizung_Strom), beschtigungtermine möglich ab Dienstag 14/2.

Die Lage ist perfekt, es gibt : Sparkasse 400m/ Nettomarkt 200/ Apotheke 50m/ DHL 200m.
Es gibt in der Nähe auch einen Wald, der ist super für joggen.
8 Minuten weit von Luisenplatz mit dem K Bus.
Wir sind Zweier WG : mir (20) und der andere Mitbewohner (40).
Ganz ruhige WG.
ab und zu gehen wir spazieren im Wald und trinken Kaffee zusammen.
