Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock im Studentenwohnheim der KHG. Es ist 13 m2 groß und mobliert: Schrank, Bett, Regal Schreibtisch, Stuhl.Im Zimmer befindet sich auch ein Waschbecken. Lage auf der ruhigeren Seite Richtung Garten. Im Haus befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, Trockenraum und Fahrradkeller. Das Zimmer kostet 227 Euro warm, inkl. Heizung und Internet.
Das Studentenwohnheim der KHG ist nur wenige Minuten von Hauptbahnhof entfernt und auch Bushaltestelle und Straßenbahn sind in der Nähe. Die Stadtmitte ist auch relativ schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der WG wohnen 7 sehr nette Leute, Studierende, verschiedenen Nationalitäten. Wi teilen uns ein Bad Küche. Es steht auch Fernsehraum und Lernraum zur Verfügung. Z.B. gemeinsames Abendessen kommt immer gut an :)
Ich mache bis Ende März meine Bachelorarbeit außerhalb Darmstadt und deshalb suche ich noch für ein Monat einen ZwischemieterIn. Wenn Du Interesse hast, kannst du dich gerne per Whatsapp oder Email melden :)
