Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß und voll möbliert (Schreibtisch, Bett 1x2m, Schrank, ...). Es zeigt von der Straße weg und ist extrem ruhig.
Your room has 14 qm and all the furniture you could need (desk , bed, big closet, etc..). The room`s big window looks out to the inner garden which means you will have a nice and quiet.
Haltestalle Rossdörferplatz zu Fuß 4 Minuten entfernt. Rewe, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Eisdiele, Döner, ... zu Fuß max, 5 Minuten entfernt. Stadtmitte und Lichtwiese zu Fuß 15 min.
-> mega Lage und das Cafe Hess ist um die Ecke :)
The flat has a very good location, ideal for TU students. You can be in the citycenter or Lichtwiese under 15 mins on foot. We also have the bus- and tramwaystation Roßdöfer Platz very close to us.
Deine neues Mitbewohner sind Istvan (26) und Lisa (25). Wir studieren beide an der TU (Traffic and Transport, Bauingenieurwesen) und wohnen hier seit Anfang diesen Jahres.
Die Wohnung ist renoviert und hat eine sehr große Küche mit allem was man braucht und noch etwas mehr. Sobald es wärmer wird steht dem ersten Grillen nichts im Wege.
Your new flatmates, Istvan (26) and Lisa (25) are civil-engineering students at the TU. We`ve just moved together in january and got the flat renovated. We have a beautiful big kitchen with every equipment you can think of. So if you like to cook or bake then you will be at the right place.. :) Aaand we also cannot wait to open the grill season with you on our terrace.
Wenn du Interesse hast, dann schreibe uns einfach eine informative Nachricht. Du kannst gerne auch länger oder kürzer als Oktober bleiben, wir sind da flexible. Skypen geht natürlich auch wenn ihr zu weit weg seid.
