Die WG liegt im 3. Stock (kein Aufzug) eines Mehrfamilienhauses und hat 3 Zimmer, ein Bad, ein separates WC und eine Küche. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Herd, Kochfeld, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Töpfe etc.). Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein Kellerraum. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 21 qm groß und verfügt über ein großes Fenster mit Balkon, das das Tageslicht hereinlässt. Das Bett (mit Matratze und Kopfteil) und der Kleiderschrank können für einen Betrag übernommen werden (ist aber kein Muss). In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten inklusive. Du kannst ab dem 1. April oder später einziehen. Wir sind flexibel.
The house is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and it has 3 rooms, a bad, a separate WC and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, cutlery, pots and pans etc.). There is also a cellar. The room is 21 sqm and has a big window with balcony looking at the shared garden and with a lot of light. If you wish, I can give you the bed (with the mattress and the head part) and the closet for some money (it is not obligatory). In the rent are all the additional costs (heating, TV, electricity etc.) included.You could move in from the 1st of April but it is also possible to move in later. We are relatively flexible with that.
Die WG liegt in der Nähe vom Naturfreibad Großer Woog (5 Minuten zu Fuß), wo man spazieren gehen oder im Sommer schwimmen kann. Die WG liegt zwischen 2 Haltestellen: Roßdörfer Platz (Bus K, Tram 2 und 9) und Beckstraße (Bus K und KU). Supermärkte (Netto, Nahkauf) und Bäckerei (Müller) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Marktplatz braucht man etwa 12 Minuten (zu Fuß) oder 4 Minuten mit Tram/Bus.
The appartment is near the Woog Lake. The apartment is between two bus stops: Roßdorfer Platz (Bus K, Tram 2 and 9) and Beckstraße (Bus K and KU). Supermarkets (Netto, Nahkauf) and a bakery (Müller) are within walking distance from the apartment. Marktplatz is 12 Minutes on foot or 4 Minutes with the tram or the bus.
Mein Name ist Ester (Spanierin) und ich arbeite als Entwickler für neuer Getränke in Darmstadt. Da ich näher bei meiner Arbeitsstelle leben möchte, ziehe ich nach Bessungen um. In der Wohnung wohnen auch Karin (Deutsche) und Dominik (Deutscher), die in Darmstadt arbeiten. Sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
My name is Ester and I work as Developer for new drinks in Darmstadt. As I want to be a little bit closer to my work I move to Bessungen and that is why I want to leave my room. In the apartment live also Karin (German) and Dominik (German), who are working in Darmstadt. They are very friendly, fun to live with and very helpful!
