Hallo Liebe Interesse/Interessentinnen,
Ich untermiete mein Zimmer für den nächsten 3 Monate oder Länger. Das zimmer ist frei ab den 01.07.19 bis voraussichtlich 30.09.19
Das etwa 15qm große Zimmer ist für dich bereits voll möbliert mit Bett, Nachtisch, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Regal. Du hast absolut genügend Platz. Es ist schön hell, morgens scheint bereits die Sonne rein.
Unsere WG liegt im 3. Stock in einem super gepflegten Haus direkt in Darmstadt Stadtmitte. Wir nutzen eine gemeinsame Küche, die für 3 Leute genau die richtige Größe hat und auch wenn Besuch da ist, passt alles. Unser Bad hat eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine steht in der Küche.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Darmstadt-Mitte. Zum Fuß kann man alles erreichen. Der nächste Haltestelle liegt schon vor der Haustür und fährt fast in 5min Takt einen Straßenbahn oder Bus zum Bahnhof.
