Die Wohnung besteht aus einer kleinen Küche, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche, sowie einer gemütliche Essecke. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Fahrradkeller und einen kleinen Kellerraum (trocken!).
Das freie Zimmer ist 16m² groß und durch zwei große Fenster sehr hell. Ansonsten ist es im Haus ruhig und man kann auch sehr gut bei geöffnetem Fenster arbeiten.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Stadtmitte - beides etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Die nächste Haltestelle ist zu Fuß in zwei Minuten erreichbar und bietet eine direkte Verbindung zur TU Lichtwiese, zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt.
In den Nebenkosten ist wirklich alles drin: Warmwasser, Strom, Internet + Festnetzanschluss.
Mein Mitbewohner zieht am 15. August aus, sodass du direkt am 15. einziehen kannst und die Miete gerecht aufgeteilt wird.
