Unsere Erdgeschosswohnung ist neu renoviert und von uns gerade frisch bezogen. Eine neue Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und Geschirrspülmaschine wird jetzt noch eingebaut, daher sind von der Küche noch keine Bilder verfügbar - sie wird allerdings richtig chic und wie alles in der Wohnung ist sie nagelneu. Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder, beide sind frisch gefliest und komplett neu eingebaut. Zudem sind es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zur TU-Stadtmitte und 15 Minuten bis zum Luisenplatz. Bushaltestelle so wie ein Rewe sind etwa 1 Minute Fußweg entfernt. Dein Zimmer ist 14qm groß und hat Anschluss an den Balkon. Jetzt zu uns: Wir sind drei Jungs im Alter von 23 und 22 Jahren. Zwei von uns studieren an der TU und einer an der FH. Unsere Studiengänge sind Sport, Umweltingenieurwesen und Energiewirtschaft. Mietbeginn wäre der 01.09.2017.
