Hey!
On the 20th of August i will make a trip for a month so my room is going to be free. It has 14m² and has a cool view over the whole skyline of Darmstadt all the way to Frankfurt, with sunlight coming through both in the morning through the kitchen as well as with the stunning sunsets in the evening. The room is fully equipped to provide all that you need for the month. An airport-sized bed, working table with a good lamp, a half of the wardrobe and even an armchair! ?:)
International Students are more than welcome as well, even preferred. I myself was one and i know how hard it is to get a room here. The arrival/departure time is negotiable in both directions if you'll need to come earlier (especially earlier is not a problem) or stay longer before you manage to find something else or so.

The flat has an outstanding position, with both the campuses of TU Darmstadt (Stadtmitte and Lichtwiese) in walking distance, especially with a bike it takes less than 5 minutes, making this especially great for students.
The tram line is in a rockthrowing distance too ("Herdweg" or "Roßdorfer Platz" ~2-3minutes). The 24-hour REWE Supermarket is also around the corner (+couple bakeries, cafés, restaurants). The city centre and all the pubs are in crawling distance too.
Position is just king here, can only hardly imagine a better positioned flat in the whole city of darmstadt.
Moreover the house has a really nice german feel to it with breathtaking sunset views in all directions, especially from the roof. It also offers an attic, bicycle room, cellar and a garden, the neighbours are very nice as well.
You will live with Daniel. He studies Economy/Mechanical Engineering and is generally on the move most of the time. If you are into ball sports, bouldering, working out, playing piano, music, cooking or playing board games and chess, you are gonna love this guy. Generally really chill and easygoing, super friendly and cheerful, always there to help (and actually helpful too).
If you are new in town, he would be happy to show you around and help you with possibly anything. I would be so lost without Daniel when i came here two years ago.
The flat has everything you need and more. Nice kitchen with an oven, fridge, big working surfaces, thousand pots and pans and utensils and whatnot for your inner Jamie Oliver to shine bright!
The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
In the living room, you can chill on a comfy couch, play the piano (or learn how to play it, never too late!) watch movies on a projector, do a full work out or listen to some vinyl music if you are into that.
