Wir suchen für unsere tolle WG ab Oktober eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in.
Das Zimmer mit Blick auf die Hochschule Darmstadt ist mit ca. 12 Quadratmetern zwar nicht das größte, dafür haben wir allerdings, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, ein schönes großes und helles Wohnzimmer wo wir alle viel Zeit miteinander verbringen :)
Bei Bedarf können Möbel für eine Ablöse übernommen werden. Das können wir aber nochmal besprechen.

We are looking for a new roommate for our great WG from October.
The room with a view of the University of Darmstadt is with about 12 square meters not the largest, but we have, as seen in the pictures, a nice large and bright living room where we all spend a lot of time together :)
If necessary, furniture can be taken over for a ransom. But we can discuss this again.
In etwa 2 Min Entfernung befindet sich ein kleiner Parkabschnitt mit ausreichend Grünfläche zum joggen, chillen oder anderen Outdoor-Aktivitäten.
Auch sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. ein Penny in ca. 15 Min, danach auf derselben Straße ein Aldi, sowie in Richtung des Bahnhofs ein neuer Rewe, befinden sich in direkter Umgebung.
Die Haltestelle Eschollbrückerstraße erreicht man in 7 Minuten, aber auch die Rhein-Neckar-Str. ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
Zum Luisenplatz (Zentrum von Darmstadt) braucht man zu Fuß 15 Min. Die H-Da ist zu Fuß 5 Min entfernt.
Feiermöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, was den Rückweg erleichtert.

In about 2 min distance is a small park section with enough green space for jogging, chilling or other outdoor activities.
Also all shopping facilities such as a Penny in about 15 min, then on the same street an Aldi, as well as in the direction of the station a new Rewe, are in the immediate vicinity.
The bus stop Eschollbrückerstraße can be reached in 7 minutes, but also the Rhein-Neckar-Str. is only 10 minutes away.
To the Luisenplatz (center of Darmstadt) you need 15 min. by foot. The H-Da is 5 min away.
Party facilities are within walking distance, which makes the way back easier.
Wir haben ein aktives WG-Leben und genießen zum Beispiel viel Zeit zusammen im Wohnzimmer. Dort trifft man eigentlich immer jemanden um zusammen zu essen/arbeiten/Musik zu hören/Nintendo- /PS2/PS3/PS4 zu zocken/Serie o. Film schauen/trinken oder auch mal zum entspannen und nichts tun. Außerdem gehen wir oft nach Draußen und spielen z.B. Federball oder Karten im Park.

We have an active WG life and enjoy for example a lot of time together in the living room. There you can always meet someone to eat/work/listen to music/Nintendo- /PS2/PS3/PS4 to gamble/watch series or movies/drink together or just to relax and do nothing. We also often go outside and play badminton or cards in the park.
