Ab dem 6. Februar suchen wir ein/e Mitbewohner als Zwischenmieter bis Ende April. Das etwas größer als 9 m2 Zimmer hat ein helles Fenster, welches östlich ausgerichtet ist, sodass es tagsüber schön hell ist. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit zwei Regalen/Schränken und einem Schreibtisch + Stuhl. Eine Matratze wäre vorhanden, jedoch kein Bettgestell.
Falls beim Auszug Interesse besteht, können die Möbel übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, wenig befahrenen Straße parallel zur Heidelberger Straße. Zur Haltestelle Eschollbrücker Str. sind es max. 2 min zu Fuß, zum Lui 10-15 min. Der 24 Uhr REWE sowie weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen.
I am full time employed and my flatmate also, that is why we tent to live in a regular pace. But still we are easy people who like sharing and communication, and also we both have an active social live. We do not have any strict rules for tidying up the flat, but still we keep a decent level of cleanliness. If there is missing toilet paper, or a full trash we just solve it and go on:) Also spending some time with a bottle of beer in the small kitchen after a long day is very healthy custom for us to keep a good vibe in the flat.
