Hello :) (English below)
In unserer WG wird zum 15.12. das größere Zimmer frei. Alternativer Einzugstermin ist der 1.1.20. Das Zimmer hat ca. 16 qm, ist angenehm rechteckig geschnitten und wird unmöbliert vergeben. Der Rest der Wohnung ist halbwegs möbliert, alle wichtigen Sachen sind da (Ablöse: 200 €).
Wir haben ein schönes großes Wohnzimmer, einen Balkon und eine tolle Innenstadt-Lage zwischen Luisenplatz und der Haltestelle Rhein-Neckar-Straße. Öffis, diverse Supermärkte, Fitnesstudio etc. sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Parkplätze hier sind kostenpflichtig und oft belegt, mit Anwohnerparken jedoch recht entspannt.
Ich bin 27, in der Endphase meines Masterstudiums und suche jemanden, der gerne in einer WG wohnen möchte (keine Zweck-WG). Wir müssen nicht ständig zusammen rumhängen, aber man sollte sich über die Anwesenheit des anderen prinzipiell freuen können ;) Bin extrovertiert, gehe gerne aus, jamme ab und an im Wohnzimmer mit Freunden, bin viel unterwegs und mache ab und zu Sport. Würde mich über einen neuen Menschen freuen, der gerne mal quatscht oder abends ein Glas Wein/Tee/Äppler trinkt und vielleicht mal nen Film gemeinsam schaut. Ansonsten bin ich ordentlich (kein OCD, keine Angst) und erwarte das auch von dir. Eine versiffte Bude ist für mich kein Ort, in dem ich mich wohlfühle.
Bitte keine Bewerber unter 23 Jahren (das ist mir sehr wichtig). Frauen werden bevorzugt, aber Männer kriegen auch eine Chance ;)
PS: Ich mache in den kommenden zwei Wochen ein paar Castings hier.

Hey there! I am looking for a new roomie starting from 15.12. alternatively also 1.1.20
The room will be unfurnished and is about 16 qm. We have a nice flat with a bigger living room, balcony and all the necessary things (washing machine, stove, fridge, dish washer) will be there (fee of 200 € for your predecessor who bought these things). The flat is nicely located close to Luisenplatz and Rhein-Neckar-Street, everything you need e.g. supermarkets, tram, gym is close. The parking situation is terrible and you´d probably need a resident parking license.
I am 27 and in the process of finishing my masters degree. I´m extroverted, outgoing, love to travel, make music and occasionally hit the gym. I´m looking for somebody who enjoys living together and would be up for some joint activities - don´t worry, we won´t hang out 24/7 ;) Very important to me is that the flat is kept nice and clean. Nobody enjoys living in a filthy space.
Please no applicants below the age of 23! Women are preferred but men will also get a chance ;)
