Da ich für mein Masterpraktikum Darmstadt verlassen werde, wird in unserer 3er WG zum 1.04 ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm (ca. 6x3m) groß und besitzt ein großes Dachflächenfenster. Durch einen Flur ist das Zimmer mit Küche, Bad sowie den Zimmern von Lara und Luca verbunden.
Die Wohnung ist zudem mit einer Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. In der Nähe gibt es allerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Einkaufszentrum, Drogeriemärkte...). Der Luisenplatz ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von dem man mit den ÖNPV gut vernetzt ist. Mit dem Bus kann man von dort direkt zur TU-Lichtwiese fahren. TU Stadtmitte sowie HDA sind nur etwa 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Neben dir wohnen noch Lara und Luca in der Wg. Lara ist 20 Jahre und studiert im 3. Semester Mechatronik an der TU und Luca ist 20 Jahre und studiert im 1. Semester Architektur an der Hda.
Abends quatschen wir gerne gemeinsam in der Küche oder gehen auch schon mal gemeinsam ein Bierchen trinken.
