Hello Prospective Tenants,
We offer the biggest room in our international student WG with 4 occupants - Farrel, Florian, Andre (3 people staying) & Rohit (moving out). All of us are students of TU Darmstadt and Hochschule Darmstadt; We are open minded and friendly people, and looking for new tenant (preferably student). Room is very big 20m² for the total monthly rent of €319 (inclusive of electricity, heating, gas, internet and GEZ) and there is plenty of extra storage space around. The building is old and our apartment is situated at 3rd floor. The room is available from 1st July till unlimited period with contract.
