Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre und hat ca 50qm. Zur Vermietung steht das 15 qm große Zimmer. Außerdem besteht die Wohnung aus einem ähnlich großen Zimmer, der Küche, einem kleinen Bad und dem Flur. Das Zimmer wird vollständig möbiliert vermietet. Die Küche ist ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Student benötigen könnte.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Alicenstraße im Johannesviertel und somit sehr zentral aber gleichzeitig auch recht ruhig. Der Herrngarten, die TU-Stadtmitte sowie ein REWE, Netto und Tegut sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zudem ist man schnell am Willy-Brand-Platz und kommt von dort aus mit dem ÖPNV überall hin wo man hin muss. Die Stadtmitte erreicht man zu Fuß erspannt in etwa 10 Minuten oder natürlich auch mit dem Rad.
Ich verlasse Darmstadt in diesem Sommer für mein Praktikum und vermiete daher mein Zimmer unter. Du würdest mit Maurice, einem super entspannten Sozialpädagogigstudenten zusammenwohnen.
