ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 15m^2
großes Zimmer in einer 3-er Wg (95m^2) im Wohnheim Akaziengarten. Das Zimmer ist hell und die Wg nett. Ich war Erstbezieher, deswegen ist das Zimmer in äußerst gutem Zustand. Was dazu gehört ist ein sehr schneller Internetzugang, ein schnurloses Telefon und ein Aldi direkt gegenüber. Es gibt desweiteren einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum inklusive Küche, zwei Bäder mit separatem WC, einen großen Balkon, Parkplätze im Innenhof plus Waschmaschinen im Haus.
Zwei Bushaltestellen sind in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. KFC, BK, Real, Lidl, Penny, Schlecker, Toom, Apotheke...
liegen alle im Umkreis von 400m.
Oben im Haus befindet sich ein Partyraum und ein ca. 9m^2 großer Abstellraum. Das Zimmer kann jederzeit besichtigt werden. Ruft einfach an, Paul
