Hallo zusammen,
ich werde am 21.Mätz für ca.5Wochen unterwegs sein. Aus dem Grund möchte ich mein WG-Zimmer in einer 2er-WG zur Zwischenmiete freigeben.
Das Zimmer ist durch das große Fenster sehr hell. Es hat eine Gesamtfläche von 16 qm, sodass genügend Platz zum austoben da ist. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr groß und man kann da sehr gut zu zweit kochen und komplett ausgestattet (mit Spülmaschine). Das Badezimmer besitzt eine Dusche und Waschmaschine, fällt relativ klein aus im Vergleich zu den anderen Zimmern, aber in einer 2er-Wg ist die Größe völlig ausreichend.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, befindet sich im Martinsviertel, direkt neben dem Hundertwasserhaus in Darmstadt. Die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus und Tram) sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, sowie Rewe und Aldi.
Ich bin Qin, bin 25 Jahre alt und studiere Energy Science and Engineering an der TU, dein Mitbewohner ist Roland und studiert Geologie an der TU.
