In der Miete von 300€ ist alles enthalten (Warmmiete, Internet, etc.... und sogar ein Netflix-Abo:). Das Zimmer hat 12qm und hat eine Fensterfront in den grünen Innenhof, wodurch es schön hell ist und du von der Alexanderstraße nichts mitbekommst. Die Wohnung ist in mehrere „halbe“ Stockwerke aufgeteilt (das muss man wahrscheinlich gesehen haben, um es zu verstehen…). Auf dem Stockwerk des Zimmers befindet sich noch ein Zimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche. Im „mittleren“ Stockwerk ist das Wohnzimmer, das mit seinen 4m hohen Decken und der Fensterfront zum verweilen oder Freunde einladen geeignet ist. Hier gibt es auch einen Balkon, auf dem Blumen sprießen und von dem aus man die Dieburgerstraße beobachten kann. Auf dem untersten Stockwerk befinden sich noch zwei Zimmer mit einem Bad.

The rent of 300€ includes everything (warm rent, internet, etc.... and even a Netflix subscription). The room has 12 square meters and has a window front with a view into the green courtyard, which makes it bright and you won't notice anything of Alexanderstraße. The apartment is divided into several "half" floors (you probably have to see this to understand it...). The room is on a floor with one more room, a bathroom and a kitchen. On the "middle" floor is the living room, with its 4m high ceilings and the window front, which is suitable for inviting friends. There is also a balcony on which flowers sprout and from which you can watch the Dieburgerstraße. On the lowest floor are two more rooms with a bathroom.

Die Lage ist super zentral, an der Haltestelle Alexanderstraße bist du in 2 Minuten und auch an dem Campus Stadtmitte oder der schönen Mathildenhöhe. Auch Herrengarten und das schöne Martinsviertel sind schnell zu erreichen. Falls du zur Lichtwiese musst, dann fährt ein Bus von der Alexanderstraße direkt an den Campus Lichtwiese.

The location is super central, you can get to the Alexanderstraße stop in 2 minutes and also to the Campus Stadtmitte or the beautiful Mathildenhöhe. Herrengarten and the beautiful Martinsviertel are also within easy reach. If you need to go to Lichtwiese, a bus from Alexanderstraße goes directly to the Lichtwiese campus.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner wären Van, Kiumars und Norman.
Van ist ganz frisch eingezogen, studiert Material Sciences, und sie kennt sich super mit Kaffee aus und geht gerne auch mal raus zum Skaten.
Kiumars studiert Architektur, grillt sehr gerne (versorgt generell gerne alle mit Essen) und ist derzeit fleißig dabei den Balkon mit Blumen zu bepflanzen.
Norman bildet sich zum Lehrer weiter, kocht gerne und ein unkomplizierter Typ.
Manchmal wird mal ein Bierchen zusammen getrunken, aber man hat auch genug Zeit für sich selbst. Da Van kein Deutsch spricht wird in der Gruppe auf Englisch geredet.

Your future roommates would be Van, Kiumars and Norman.
Van has just moved in, studies Material Sciences, she knows a lot about coffee and likes to go out skating.
Kiumars is studying architecture, loves to barbecue (he generally likes to provide food for everyone) and is currently busy planting flowers on the balcony.
Norman is training to be a teacher, loves to cook and is an uncomplicated guy.
Sometimes we drink a beer together, but you also have enough time for yourself. Since Van does not speak German, we talk english in the group.

Um in das Zimmer zu ziehen musst du Student sein, so gibt der Vermieter es vor. Da die Küche für nicht allzu langer Zeit neu gemacht wurde, würde ein Abschlag von 180€ anfallen.
Über den Einzugstermin kann man auch nochmal quatschen (spätestens 15. September). Schreib doch kurz etwas über dich, damit wir einen Eindruck bekommen :) Schreib am besten wann du Zeit für einen Besichtigungstermin hast.

To move into the room you have to be a student, the landlord says so. Since the kitchen has been renewed for not too long, there would be a discount of 180€. The move-in date is possibly flexible (latest 15th of September). Write something about yourself to give us an impression of who you are. Please write when you have time to visit the flat.
