I am looking for a new tenant who wants to live in the best location and with the nicest people WG in Darmstadt - If you're an international then you're extra welcome to send a message :)
The apartment consists of 5 bedrooms, two large bathrooms and a large kitchen with access to the terrace, which is shared with other residents. Your room is the 2nd biggest of the 5 rooms. The room is a little more than 13 square meters, so you can be very creative with the furnishings. The room is rented out unfurnished.
All rooms in the apartment are equipped with underfloor heating (big plus!), The apartment was renovated before we moved in last year. The window in the rooms are large and fitted with automatic shutter. It's a modern apartment.

The apartment is very close to the main station (3-4 minutes walk), so that public transport is very easy to reach. Frankfurt a.M. can also be reached within 20 minutes. At the main station there is also a Rewe with long opening times, including Sundays. The fitness studio is located directly across from the apartment.
The apartment is well insulated so that despite its central location, you hardly hear any city traffic with the windows closed.
Parking spaces directly at the house can be rented monthly for a surcharge. Otherwise there are free parking spaces a few minutes' walk away. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard at the house free of charge.
We have our own wasching machines, 2 fridges in our kitchen.
Everybody is friendly and comes from different countries. You can live in a multicultured WG and share your interests. We occasionally cook and eat together. It is really fun.
