Schönes Altbauzimmer in 5er Wg im Woogsviertel.
Geteilt werden WC, Bad und Küche. Die Wohnung hat von der Küche aus einen großen Balkon mit schönem Ausblick in den ruhigen Innenhof.
Zwei unserer Mitbewohner ziehen im Februar aus und ein dritter wird voraussichtlich im März ausziehen. Bisher waren wir eine gemischte Gruppe von Studenten und Arbeitenden.
Das Zimmer hat 22qm und wird teilmöbiliert übergeben. Von unserem Vermieter sind teil dieses Zimmers 2 Schränke, 2 Sessel, ein Schreibtisch und ein Beistelltisch.
Wenn du interesse hast schreib uns doch etwas über dich.
Die Wohnung liegt gerademal 3 Minuten Fußweg von dem Woog entfernt. Eine Parallelstraße weiter befindet sich der Netto City und die Haltestelle Beckstraße. Das Schloss ist ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt
In der Wg wohnen ab März also Ephrem und Caro(ich)
Ephrem studiert soziale Arbeit, ist großer Fussballfan und kocht gerne.
Caro studiert Industriedesign.
