Das Zimmer ist ca 18qm groß mit 2 Fenstern zum Innenhof hin. Wände sind aktuell Weiß und Grün angestrichen. Die Wohnung ist alles in allem etwas heruntergelebt aber fürs Studium/Ausbildung ausreichend.
Ich würde gern einen Teil meiner Möbel an meinen Nachmieter ablösen. (2 Kommoden, Bettgestell mir Lattenrost, Kleiderschrank und ein größeres Regal)
Wenn jemand Interesse hat würde ich auch meinen Fernseher noch abtreten, kann den aber auch mitnehmen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Woogsviertel mit guter Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Man brauch ca. 5 min bis zur Haltestelle Jungendstilbad und ebenso zur Haltestelle Roßdörfer Platz. Studentenkneipen sind alle im Umkreis von ca. 10-15min Fußweg :)
Die Mitbewohner sind sehr ruhig und jeder macht eher so sein eigenes Ding. Es ist quasi eine Zweck-WG wie sie im Bilderbuch steht.
