With heavy heart due to my work training purpose I will be leaving my beautiful flats and roommates for next months. You will be using all my basic furniture ( Bed, table, Shrank etc) . So you technically don't need to buy anything just come with open mind and your suitcases :D.
The flat has a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, big bowls (perfect for pasta), a fridge, and a freezer. There are two bathrooms in the flat - both with a shower. We also have a washing machine.
The flat atmosphere is also multicultural (two Germans, one Vietnamese, One Malaysian and one Bangladeshi) which is cool.
If you are interested, send us a short email and introduce yourself. It is best to write to us right away when you would have time to get to know us personally in Darmstadt.
The apartment is located in the lively Martinsviertel, surrounded by parks, cafes, and shops and with excellent transport connections.
That is, for example, 150m to the next Rewe, which is open until 10 p.m., 250m to the Herrengarten to chill there in summ,er and 350m to the tram. It takes about 7 minutes to walk to the main lecture hall of the TU and a maximum of 15 minutes to the citycentrer.
Life in theflat is relaxed and stress-free. We enjoy having conversations together - whether in the kitchen, on the couch, or in each other's room. Sometimes we watch movies or TV shows together. Every month we have a shared flat evening where we do something together. Although this used to mean going out to bars or restaurants pre-Covid, now we are always considering alternative options for the meantime (e.g. Movie, Poker evening, Jenga, Raclette, mulled wine).
However, given that everyone is working, everyone is conscious to respect each other's space. No pressure :)
In order to keep order with so many people, a roommate cleans every week, so it's your turn to clean every 5th week.
Landlord will take 420 ( 370+ 50 )Euros per month for the room
70 Euros will be cost for ( Electricity, Gas, Internet, Etc)
600 Euros will be deposit amount which I will keep myself if you incase destroy my stuff during your stay :P
