Ich bin George ich suche einen neuen Nachmieter für die 2er WG im Martinsviertel, da ich zum 1. März umziehen wird.
Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, aber die Wohnung hat Möbel.
Mein Mitbewohner ist Marcel, 26 Jahre und studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik an der TU Darmstadt. Er ist ein sehr offener Mensch und ihm ist Sympathie sehr wichtig, auf Grund dessen ist er kein großer Freund von Zwecks WG.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Friedrich Ebert Platz, so das alle Orte und Geschäfte in Darmstadt schnell zu erreichen sind. Noch eine kleine Anmerkung falls unklar: Die sonstigen Kosten in Höhe von 110€ setzen sich aus den Abschlägen für Strom Gas und Internet zusammen.
