I am looking for a tenant for my beautiful bright room in the 3-room shared flat, very central in Darmstadt downtown. It is an 16 sqm room with a window facing south.
I want to leave my furniture that is in the room to the next. (see below for the list of things)
In the room, you can have a comfortable 140x200 bed with a mattress that I bought 4 months ago, a convertible sofa bed with storage under, a closet, two smaller cupboards, a foldable wooden room, another drawer cupboard, a bamboo shelf, a bamboo laundry basket, a drying rack, an ironing table, a desk, and an office chair.
Also, the internet works well and is included in the rent. The kitchen is well equipped and has a stove, an oven, a washing machine, and an air-fryer. We have two fridges. The small one belongs to one of the flatmates. The big one is shared between you and the other roommate. It was purchased new 2 months ago for 400 Euros.
The furniture in the room and the share of the new fridge will have to be taken over by the new tenant for the amount of 600 Euros.
Luisenplatz is in 7 min. walking distance from the apartment. The bus stop Rhein/Neckerstr. can be reached in 3 min on foot. Fitness First is right around the corner. We have a large park 2 minutes away, where you can take a break during your work for a walk or jog or make a picnic with friends.
In the shared flat you will live together with two others. One roommate is currently studying for his bachelor's degree in civil engineering at the University of Applied Sciences and works part-time, so he is often very busy. He is very open and nice and likes to do sports, and cook and sometimes he invites a couple of friends over. You can have good conversations with him in German, English, and Arabic. The other roommate speaks Portuguese, German, and English and is doing his studies in the IT field. He is very busy with his studies but is sympathetic and nice. Even though we each have our own routine, quiet and private, it was very nice to sit together in the kitchen / on the balcony every now and then and chat, eat together, or play something. Therefore, my two roommates are looking for a person for the WG, who is open and sympathetic and also likes to enjoy the togetherness and co-create. It is also important that everyone takes responsibility for living together and takes care of the WG matters, such as shopping for toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, cleaning, and garbage disposal.
