Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß, ist bis auf eine Wand (siehe Bilder) weiß gestrichen. Es gibt beim Fenster ne minimale Schräge. Die Decke ist mit Holz verkleidet. Ein Fenster, Heizung, SAT-TV, LAN-Kabel (W-LAN ist auch da), hinreichend Steckdosen.
Zur Wohnung ist zu sagen dass wirklich ALLES da ist: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Mirkowelle, Küchenzeile... außerdem ist Internet, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Müll schon mit im Mietpreis (300€)drin.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist der ca. 35m² große Balkon der über die Küche begehbar ist. Auf ihm steht ein Holz-Pavillon der für gemütliche Grillabende etc genutzt werden kann. Außerdem gibt es eine große Küche und ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Fenster.
Über der Wohnung befindet sich ein Speicher, der manns-hoch begehbar ist und für anständig Stauraum sorgt.
Die Wohnung liegt in Darmstadt Eberstadt (südlicher Stadtteil von Darmstadt). Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind aber echt super - man ist innerhalb von 16min mit der S-Bahn am Luisenplatz (Zentraler Punkt in DA). Außerdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Rewe) vorhanden, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Die Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt ist verkehrsberuhigt (Tempo 30).
Die WG besteht nur aus DIR und mir. Von daher ist es wohl ratsam mich erstmal vorzustellen:
Ich bin Tobi, 22 (bald 23), Abi -> Bundeswehr -> Ing-Student, an und für sich bin ich ein sehr ausgeglichener ruhiger Geselle mit dem man gut auskommen kann. Normalerweise bin ich Handballer, surfe und snowboarde wenn sich die Möglichkeit ergibt.
