There are 4 rooms in the apartment. Along with one bathroom and one kitchen. There is a small store-room in the apartment as well. It is located on the 8th floor of the building with a brilliant view of the surroundings. There is a working elevator of course. It has central heating and wooden flooring. The room comes with furniture including: Bett, Matratze, Tisch, Stuhl, Sofa, Regal and a Schrank. All this has been shown in the pictures. The room is a mess in the pictures but of course it will be handed over completely clean
The flat is located at a 5 minute walking distance from the tram station. There are three trams you can take that take you directly to Luizenplatz. Because of this you can find a tram after every 7 minutes approximately during the busy hours. There is an Einkaufszentrum (Aldi, Edeka, Apotheke etc) at a 5 min walk from the apartment.
The flatmates are pretty cool. They are friendly and like to talk and eat together from time to time. None of them smoke but you will be able to smoke in your own room if you like. There is a cleaning lady that comes after every 10 days. She will clean the kitchen, the toilet and the corridors. This is of course included in the rent.
The room is available for 1 month. If you are willing to stay there for a longer time then that can be arranged. Though no guarantees on that. You can actually move in starting tomorrow and I'll deduct the charge of only one month. Feel free to contact me on my mobile from 08:00 till 24:00 or just send me an email.
