Mein Zimmer ist schön groß und gemütlich und ein idealer Rückzugsort. Ein toller Vorteil ist das eigene Badezimmer, was natürlich am Morgen ideal ist. Auch Diskussionen über Haare in der Dusche wird es so nie geben ;-)
An Möbel biete ich einen großen Schwebetürenschrank, ein Schlafsofa, einen Schwingsessel samt Hocker, ein 90*200cm Bett und einen Schreibtisch mit Drehstuhl.
Eines der Fenster bietet Ausblick auf schöne Sonnenuntergänge über den Dächern von Eberstadt.
In unserer Küche gibt es alles was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Toaster, Mikrowelle, ...
Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur kostenfreien Nutzung für die Bewohner.

My room is quiet big and very comfortable and a perfect place to feel home. A big advantage is the private bathroom, especially in the morning. The furniture includes a wardrobe, a sleeping-couch, a comfortable bed and a desk. From the window, you have a beautiful view of the sunsets.
The kitchen is equipped with all you need: Dishwasher, microwave, stove, toaster, boiling kettle, fridge,...
Downstairs, there are washing machines and dryers free of charge.
Zentrale Lage in Eberstadt, Straßenbahnhaltestelle und Rewe sind eine Minute Fußmarsch entfernt. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten im Innenhof sind vorhanden. In 15 Minuten ist man am Luisenplatz, werktags fährt im Schnitt alle 6 Minuten eine Straßenbahn. In 3 Minuten bist du zu Fuß im Grünen. Restaurants und Bars sind ebenfalls in der Nachbarschaft.

Very central location in Eberstadt. Supermarket and tram station are one minute away by foot. You can park your courtyard. Bars and restaurants are closeby. Within 3 minutes, you are in the nature. It takes just 15 minutes for going to the "Luisenplatz" with trams departing on average every 6 minutes on working days.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen studieren Mechatronik und Maschinenbau, sind aber relativ viel beschäftigt. Man trifft sich ab und zu in der Küche, sonst hört und sieht man sich eher wenig. Es gibt also keine Konflikte oder Probleme, ein ziemlich pflegeleichter Umgang ist also garantiert. Deshalb eine ideale WG, wenn man seine Ruhe benötigt und produktiv arbeiten möchte. Besuch zu empfangen ist natürlich kein Problem.

Your flatmates study Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering and are usually busy. You'll meet them in the kitchen from time to times, but most of the time it's rather quiet in the flat. There are no conflicts and problems with them. The room is perfect if you need a room where you want to concentrate and work in a good atmosphere. If you want your visit to stay over, there won't be any problems.
Im Preis ist alles drinnen, auch Wasser, Strom, Heizung, Internet Hausmeisterdienste, Waschmaschinennutzung, ...
Als Abschlag für Möbel, die ich leider nicht mitnehmen kann (Kühlschrank, Couch, großer Kleiderschrank, evtl. TV) setze ich 250 Euro an. Andere Möbel wie Schreibtisch, Bett, Waschbeckenunterschrank waren schon bei meinem Einzug vorhanden und können kostenlos übernommen werden.

Since I cannot take my furniture with me (Fridge, Couch, Wardrobe, maybe TV) Id like to sell it as a bundle for 250 Euros. Other furniture such as desk or bed were already in the room when I moved in, you can have them for free.
