Es handelt sich um eine geräumige Einzimmerwohnung in einem schönen Altbau. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist von dem Wohn-/Schlafraum durch einen großen Flur getrennt und bietet genug Platz zum Sitzen und Kochen, Der Flur bietet ausreichend Platz für Regale und Schränke, dient also quasi als "Extra-Zimmer".
Die Wohnung liegt im Nordend in einem Innenhof und ist deshalb sehr ruhig.Viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind also gleich um die Ecke. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt.
Ich suche wenn möglich eine weibliche Person, mindestens 18 Jahre alt und "an einer staatlichen Hochschule immatrikuliert (Voraussetzung des Wohnheims). Wenn ihr noch Fragen oder Interesse habt, schreibt mir gerne jederzeit eine E-Mail, ich versuche so schnell wie möglich zu antworten! :)
