Hallo! Haben ein ca.20m² großes Zimmer frei. Ein Weiteres wird bald frei da unser Micha mit seiner Freundin zusammen zieht.
Unsere WG ist etwa 25km östlich von DA im schönen Groß-Umsatdt.
Der Rest sind derzeit , m45, m23, m25, w23, m46.
Beim Verhältnis m/w gabs schon "Überhänge" in beide Richtungen, also keine Scheu zu melden ;-)
Leben in altem Bauernhaus, haben gr. Hof, kl.Garten mit Feuerstelle, Terrasse & auch sonst leidlich Platz.
Vollständige Küche mit SpüMa, sowie WaMa & Trockner sind vorhanden.
Haben DSL-Internet- & Telefon- Flatrate, eigene Festnetznummer möglich.
Miete 190€ kalt, Nebenkosten erfahrungsgemäß bei ca. 100€ pro Monat und Nase.
Bei uns darf´s gern gemütlich aber auch mal Bissel "bunt" zugehen ;-)
Fahrbarer Untersatz wäre vorteilhaft aber kein Muß.
