wir sind 2 Studenten (M) (wirt.ing, Industriedesign) und möchten zum 1. Februar in diese frisch renovierte Dachgeschosswohnung in der Fußgängerzone von Darmstadt einziehn.
Da uns die Wohnung über einen Makler vermittelt wurde ist auch eine Provision in höhe von 620€ p.P. zu zahlen.
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, direkt am Luisencenter. Ein neues Bad, eine vorhandene Küche und Parkett in allen Zimmern sind vielversprechend. Eine offene Wohnküche dient als Gemeinschaftsraum.
Falls du nur eine Zweck-WG suchst, bist du bei uns Falsch, wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen!
Besichtigungen sind Anfang Januar möglich.
