Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG in einem zentral gelegenem Neubau-Mehrfamilienhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Stadtmitte.

Nur wenige Meter ist die Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle Rhein-/Neckarstraße entfernt, die ein zentraler Verkehrsknotenpunkt in Darmstadt ist.

Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten mitten in der Innenstadt und am Luisenplatz, was praktisch zum einkaufen ist.
Supermärkte, Bars, Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind alle schnell zu erreichen.

Auch der HBF ist nur einen Katzensprung , bzw. 2 Tramhaltestellen, entfernt.

The flat is located on the 4th floor in a centrally located new multi-family house in the immediate vicinity of the city centre.

The Rhein-/Neckarstraße bus and tram stop is only a few metres away, which is a central transport hub in Darmstadt.

It is a 5-minute walk to the city centre and Luisenplatz, which is convenient for shopping.
Supermarkets, bars, shopping facilities are all within easy reach.

The main station is also only a stone's throw away, or 2 tram stops.

Deine beiden neuen Mitbewohner sind zwei offene, und unkomplizierte Menschen.

Da ist einmal Max, 27 Jahre alt und PhD an der TU Darmstadt:" Ich werde oft als liebe und aufgeschlossene Person bezeichnet. Während ich über den Tag an meiner Promotion arbeite, bin ich am Abend gerne für eine Kochsession oder sportliche Aktivität zu haben. Ich spiele sehr gerne Volleyball, versuche mich derzeit am Bouldern und gehe auch gerne mal joggen. Wenn ich am Wochenende da bin, dann bin ich für ein gutes Frühstück zu haben, trinke sehr gerne Laternchen und bin safe auch bei einer Clubnacht dabei."

Und dann ist da noch Florian, 29 Jahre alt und Trainee bei Merck:" Ich bin super gerne aktiv, liebe Radfahren, XFit und bouldern. Man trifft mich am Wochenende aber auch öfters mal in einer Bar/Club an. Ähnlich wie Max bin ich recht regelmäßig im Office, aber abends für viele Dinge offen! An den Wochenenden versuche ich einen gesunden Mix aus in-Darmstadt-bleiben und Freunde anderswo zu besuchen einzuhalten! "

Wie man hieraus schon lesen kann ist das WG Leben tagsüber eher zweckgebunden und ruhig, abends verbringen wir allerdings gerne unsere Zeit zusammen, zum kochen, einen Filmeabend (wir haben mittlerweile auch eine Switch) oder im Sommer auf dem Balkon mit einem Bierchen mit dem Blick auf die Stadt :)

Wir suchen ausdrücklich jemanden, der nicht nur an einer Zweck-WG interessiert ist, sondern auch aktiv lust auf WG-Leben hat.

There's Max, 27 years old and PhD at TU Darmstadt: "I am often described as a lovely and open-minded person. While I work on my PhD during the day, I like to have a cooking session or do some sports in the evening. I love to play volleyball, am currently trying my hand at bouldering and also like to go jogging. If I'm around at the weekend, I'm up for a good breakfast, I really enjoy drinking lanterns and I also love a good club night."

And then there's Florian, 29 years old and a trainee at Merck: "I really like being active, love cycling, XFit and bouldering. But you can also often find me in a bar/club at the weekend. Similar to Max, I'm quite regular in the office, but open to many things in the evenings! On the weekends I try to keep a healthy mix of staying in-Darmstadt and visiting friends elsewhere! "

As you can already read from this, WG life is rather purposeful and quiet during the day, but in the evenings we like to spend our time together, cooking, having a movie night (we also have a Switch by now) or in the summer on the balcony with a beer overlooking the city :)

We are specifically looking for someone who is not only interested in a purpose-built flat-share, but also actively enjoys flat-sharing life.

Rund ums Haus befindet sich eine Anwohnerparkplätze. . Ansonsten gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz zur Wohnung, der bei Bedarf mit angemietet werden kann. Am Wochenende kann man kostenlos auf einem Finanzamtparkplatz direkt neben dem Haus parken.

Auf Wunsch können natürlich noch weitere Bilder der Wohnung gezeigt werden.

Dein Geschlecht, Alter und Herkunft ist uns prinzipiell erst einmal egal, wir suchen eine aufgeschlossene, freundliche und positive Person, die einerseits erst einmal eine gewisse Zeit in Darmstadt leben möchte und andererseits Lust auf ein aktives WG Leben hat.

There is a residents' parking zone around the building. Otherwise, an underground parking space belongs to the flat, which can be rented if required. At weekends, you can park for free in a tax office car park right next to the house.
