ich suche eine Nachmieterin für ein Zimmer in einer 2er WG in der Parcusstraße. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Nähe der Kasinostraße mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind in ca. 5 min entfernt. Außerdem gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Tegut, Plus, Penny und Toom Getränkemarkt sind ebenfalls 5 min entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist gut per Fuß und Bahn erreichbar.
Das Zimmer selbst ist hell, mit Ausblick auf den Garten.
Du solltest musikalisch interessiert sein und Spaß daran haben in einem Chor mit zu singen.
