Hi,
Wir suchen einen neuen 3. Mann/Frau für unsere WG.
Wir wohnen im schönen Jugenheim und haben uns hier eine recht noble 120m² Wohnung angemietet. Da wir die ersten sind, die in die Wohnung eingezogen sind und alle zum WS 08/09 angefangen habe, ist die WG bereits sehr gut ausgerüstet. Wir haben eine nagelneue Küche(siehe Foto), eine neue Waschmaschine und DSL 16000 mit Telefon-Falt. Jeder hat eine eigenes Telefon mit separater Telefonnummer und es gibt einen Zentralen AB.
Die Gemeinschaftsfläche beträgt ca. 70m² ist ist mit Nussbaum Laminat bzw. Naturschiefer. Dazu kommt eine 30m² große Terrasse.
Die Miete würde 342,09€ betragen. Da sollte aber schon alles drinne sein! Das Zimmer ist knappe 16 m² groß.
