Zu vergeben ist ein renoviertes möbliertes Zimmer mit einem befristeten Mietvertrag bis Ende September 2023.
Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 7 qm und beinhaltet ein Bett und einen Schreibtisch.
Die Wohnung selbst ist 80 qm groß. Es gibt eine Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Spülmaschine, sowie ein modernes Bad mit Dusche. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Weiterhin gibt es einen schönen Balkon und ein Wohnzimmer, in dem momentan noch wenige Möbel eingerichtet sind.
Da ich für die nächsten Monate nicht in Darmstadt bin, suche ich ab sofort einen Zwischenmieter oder eine Zwischenmieterin.
Die Miete beträgt pauschal 350 Euro, inkl. Nebenkosten.

Because I am not in Darmstadt for a while, I am renting my room until end of September. Size of the room is 7 qm and it is furnished with a single bed and a desk. Bed sheets can be provided.
The rent is fixed to 350 Euro per month and includes all extra costs, such as electricity, water and heating. WiFi is available.
Your room is part of a flat with another bedroom, a kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. There is a nice balcony and a living room which has not a lot of furniture yet though.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kranichstein mit direktem Bus- und Straßenbahnanschluss in die Darmstädter Innenstadt. Supermarkt befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür.

The flat is located in Darmstadt-Kranichstein. There is a bus line and tram lines to the city center. The platform is next to the building. There are many supermarkets in walking distance, such as LIDL, Edeka, Penny.
Neben diesem Zimmer wird die WG von einer weiteren Mitbewohnerin geteilt.

Als Bewohner gibt es keine Einschränkung. Nicht erwünscht sind hingegen WG-Parties, da es sich um ruhige Nachbarschaft handelt und das auch so bleiben soll.
