Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich ziehe aus meiner vor zwei Jahren renovierten 1 1/2- Zimmer-Wohnung in Darmstadt Kranichstein aus. Da die Wohnung offiziell erst zum 15.10. gekündigt ist, biete ich sie bis dahin als Übergangswohnung an, für alle, die in Darmstadt zum Semesterbeginn (oder aus anderen Gründen) auf Wohnungssuche sind.
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten,
liegt direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Siemensstraße (7 Min bis zur Innenstadt). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (Lidl, Edeka, Penny, Mixmarkt,...) Die Nachbarschaft ist entgegen aller Klischees sehr freundlich und ruhig. Kühlschrank und Herd sind vorhanden. Badezimmer ist frisch renoviert mit Badewanne.
