Hallo, wir haben ab dem 16. März noch ein Zimmer in unserer WG zu vergeben. Wir haben eine recht große Küche, ein Bad, ein Gästebad, einen Abstellraum und Kellerraum. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ca. 100 qm groß. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine sowie Kühlschränke sind auch vorhanden. Zu der Kaution kommt noch ein Abschlag von ca 50 € für die Küche und in der WG ausgelegtes Laminat. Das freie Zimmer ist ca 11qm groß und ist zum Einzug nicht möbliert.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr ruhige Lage. Das Schloss und ein Badesee sind nicht weit weg. Die Haltestelle der Linie 4 und 5 ist nur ca. 5 und die Bushaltestelle (Linie H und U) 3 Minuten entfernt. Bis zur TU Stadtmitte sind es ca 15 min, bis zur HDA ca 25 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Penny, EDEKA, Bäcker, Sparkasse/Volksbank/Postbank, Lidl alles in 3 bis 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern unternehmen auch gern mal irgendwas zusammen oder setzen uns gemeinsam auf den Balkon und lassen den Abend ausklingen :-) Deswegen suchen wir jemanden, der/die nicht jedes Wochenende nach Hause fährt und auch nicht abgeneigt ist, am WG-Leben teilzunehmen. Wir 3 sind eine sehr lockere Truppe und für jeden Spaß zu haben :-)
