deswegen auch die 400 € Abschlag.

Die Fahrt mit der Tram beträgt 10 min bis Luisenplatz ohne Umstieg!
Der schöne und große Balkon bietet ausreichend Platz für ca. 5 Personen.
Die Wohnung (kein Studentenheim o.ä.) wird immer sauber gehalten, also im voraus schon, nicht auf die anzeige melden wenn jemand NICHT bereit ist zu putzen oder sauber zu machen....
