Das Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und ist daher schön hell. Der Boden ist neu, die Wände werden noch renoviert. Sofa-Bett, Regal, Schränkchen, Vorhang und Deckenlampe sind vorhanden, können aber auf Wunsch entfernt werden. Es ist 3.10 m mal 5.20 m groß.
Die Wohnung ist 90 qm groß und hat einen kleinen Nord- und einen größeren Südbalkon. Eine kleine Küche ist vorhanden (alt, wird aber noch renoviert). Ein kleines Esszimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer hängen zusammen. Neues Bad mit großer Dusche und ein separates kleines Klo. Türen und Fenster neu. Das Haus ist aus den 1970ern.
The window in the room is to the south-side so it's quite sunny. The floor is new (laminate flooring) and the walls will be renovated. The room contains a sofabed, shelves, small cupboard, curtain and lamp, but these can be removed. The room is 3.10 m x 5.20 m large.
The apartment is 90 sq m and has two balconies. There is a small kitchen, a small dining area, a large living room, and a newly renovated bathroom (no tub) and toilet. Doors and windows are new. The house was built in the seventies.
Die Wohnung liegt in Darmstadt-Kranichstein, etwa 4 km vom Zentrum Darmstadts, etwa 10-15 Minuten mit dem Rad, 13 Minuten mit Straßenbahn oder Bus (Haltestelle sehr nah). Es sind genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Gegenüber der Wohnung ist ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Supermärkten, Post, Apotheke, Bäcker, Restaurants und Bank. In der direkten Umgebung sind schöne Wege zum Radfahren, Joggen, Spazieren.
The apartment is in Darmstadt-Kranichstein, about 4 km from the center of Darmstadt, about 10-15 minutes by bike, 13 minutes by tram or bus (the stop is very close). Plenty of parking spots are available. Across the street is a small shopping center with supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and bank. Despite its reputation, Kranichstein has many nice areas: parks, lakes, lots of forest - nice for walking and biking.
Ich bin 32, Geowissenschaftlerin, ernähre mich vegetarisch, rauche nicht, habe gerne Gäste und gehe abends aus, mag aber auch Ruhe. Ein- sowie Auszugsdatum flexibel. Ich weiß noch nicht, wie lange ich hier wohnen bleibe. Es kann sein, dass ich für eine gewisse Zeit ausziehe und einen Untermieter für mein Zimmer suche. Eventuell löse ich die WG auch im Herbst ganz auf. Es ist alles noch etwas unsicher.
The dates I gave are flexible. I am not sure how long I will live here; I might move away for a few months and sublet my room, or even move out completely. I'm not certain yet.
