Great Room with 14m² turned to sunset with great view of Darmstadt from the 8th floor.
Clear laminate floor with white walls, included furnitures are a wardrobe, a single bed, office chair, office desk, small IKEA book shelf with wide windows in a four persons WG in Darmstadt-Kranichstein.
The WG has 2 toillets and one bathroom with shower and bathtube, a dinner table for 6 persons, 1 small balcony. Also in the bathroom there is a washing machine and on the kitchen a dishwasher.
The building has to elevators for a faster access to the 8th floor. In the ground floor there is a place to dry clothes and also park bicicles. The building has also underground parking lot.
The flat is very well localized. The bus/tram station is placed just by side of the building, with the station Siemesstrasse. Crossing the street there is a convenience store inside a gas station, and small set of shops, including Mix Market (an russian/east european market).
The apartment is just 3 minutes walk from the supermarket Lidl as well 3 minutes walk to Kranichstein Einkaufszentrum, that has the bank Sparkasse, the supermaket Edeka and Penny, the post office Deutsch Post, a Tukish and Asian Restaurant, an ice cream shop as well a beverages store.
You can also go with 2 minutes walk to two Greeks restaurant, 5 minutes walk to Kranichstein urban park and 15 minutes walk to Darmstadt Bürguerpark.
It is accessible by tram number 4, number 5 and also the Bus H. It takes 10 minutes to Luisenplatz, 15 to Darmstadt Central Station and 10 minutes (with change) to Darmstadt Nord station, where you can get a train (Via) to Frankfurt in 20 minutes (faster than RB or S3 in Central Station).
The WG is a 4 persons WG. Currently living one and one girl from Germany, and one guy from Guatemala. They are all speak German, English and the guy from Guatemala also Spanish.
Expenses with internet, water, heating and eletricity are paid monthly to the WG, Currently about 7 euros for eletricity and 8 euros for internet.
Cleaning products and other shared materials are bought under rotation.
The owner of the flat wants someone that can understand german and speak reasonably, once the contract is in German and she doesn't speak a good english.

The contract is made directly with the owner of the apartment, not sub-located. The rent is paid monthly usually at the first day of the month.
The fee for existing equipment is paid to me, once the furniture inside the room, apart the wardrobe, were bought by me. All the rest with the owner of the flat.
The WG contract can be available only from 15 of September.
