Helles Zimmer zur Westseite (Sonnenuntergang) mit wunderschönem Plattenbaupanorama. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit allem was man braucht: Bett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Bücherregal, dicker Kleiderschrank im Flur.
Das Zimmer liegt am Balkon, der Blick auf den See und Frankfurt bietet.
Zur Wohnung:
2016 renoviert: Bad, WC, Küche, Parkettboden, Gedämmte Wände, Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine in der WG.
Wir haben auch einen WG-Drucker der günstig drucken kann.
Gut angebunden mit H-Bus, Straßenbahn 4 und 5. Zur Station Siemensstraße ists zu Fuß etwa eine Minute. Bis zur Stadtmitte fährt die Bahn 12 Min und zum Hbf sinds 19 Min.
Ein Fahrradkeller steht Dir zur Verfügung.
Vor der Haustür gibts dann Edeka, Lidl, Penny, diverse Restaurants, Eiscafé, eine Poststelle, Apotheke, Sparkasse, Papierladen, und mehr... Neben der kleinen Stadtmitte haben wir ein paar Seen und viel Wald.

Wir sind eigentlich eine 3er WG, aber Nadine und Joe ziehen für ein Praktikum und Auslandssemester aus.
Daher können wir das neue WG-Leben zusammen gestalten.
Ich bin 27, Master-Student in Materialwissenschaften und habe einen offenen und unternehmungsfreudigen Charakter.
Da mein kommendes Semester wahrscheinlich wieder online stattfindet (Corona) bin ich viel in der WG am hustlen und freue mich über kontaktfreudige Mitbewohner.
In meinem Zimmer steht ein großes mit Sofa, Fernseher, "Tisch" und hat einen Balkonzugang. Meine Zimmertür ist meistens offen und der Raum kann öfter genutzt werden um zusammen Zeit zu verbringen, Essen, Serien schauen, entspannen.
Es existiert ein Putzplan und auf Sauberkeit wird natürlich geachtet.
Unsere Nachbarn machen keinen Lärm und sind super entspannt. Mit Ansage sind Parties also kein Thema.

ROOM
Modern room facing east (sunrise) with beautiful concrete panorama. The room is equipped with everything you need: Bed, desk, chair, bookshelf, thick closet in the hallway.
The room is located next to the balcony, which offers a view of the lake and Frankfurt.
About the apartment:
Renovated in 2016: Bathroom, toilet, kitchen, parquet floor, Insulated walls, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, washing machine in the WG.
We also have a WG printer that can print cheap.

LOCATION
Well connected with H-bus, tram 4 and 5. The station Siemensstraße is about a minute walk. The train takes 12 minutes to the city center and 19 minutes to the central station.
A bicycle cellar is at your disposal.
On the doorstep there are Edeka, Lidl, Penny, various restaurants, ice cream parlor, a post office, pharmacy, savings bank, paper store, and more... Next to the small town center we have a few lakes and a lot of forest.

WG-life
We are actually a 3-person WG, but Nadine and Joe move out for an internship and exchange semester.
Therefore, you have the opportunity to co-design the new WG-live.
I am 27, a Master's student in Materials Science and have an open and adventurous nature.
Since my upcoming semester will probably be online again (Corona) I am hustling a lot in the WG and am happy to have social roommates.
In my room is a large sofa, TV, "table" and has the balcony access. My door is usually open and the room can be used often to spend time together, eat, watch series, relax.
There is a cleaning schedule and cleanliness is of course a priority.
Our neighbors make no noise and are super relaxed. So with announcement parties are not an issue.
