Gemütliches Zimmer mit großem Fenster in Nordausrichtung im unteren Teil von Maisonette-Wohnung. Es gibt zwei Balkons, zwei Badezimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Die gesamte Bude ist mit PVC Boden ausgelegt. Nicht der schönste, aber Pflegeleicht :) Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk in der Lauteschlägerstraße direkt zwischen Bars, Cafes und Kulturangeboten. Die TU-Darmstadt Stadtmitte ist zu Fuß in 5 und mit dem Fahrrad in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Außerdem sind zwei Rewes, ein Penny und ein Unverpacktladen fußläufig erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle Kopernikusplatz ist auch direkt nebenan.
Es wird gespielt, gekocht, musiziert und ausgegangen. Es gibt keinen Putzplan, da wir den Haushalt zumeist so geregelt bekommen. Das setzt jedoch Solidarität voraus, von der du hoffentlich auch welche übrig hast. Hier wohnen aktuell Jakob, Ben und Laura.
Es gibt einen geteilten WG-Parkplatz im Innenhof.
